This was an extremely helpful book that was needed for a masters-level course. ESL/curriculum classes required this; however, it was a worthwhile source to have.

This text was used as the primary source for a graduate educational administration law course. I found it to be an excellent survey of the most important legal issues facing educational administrators in the United States. The text uses specific court cases and judicial opinions to frame the history and current status of litigation. A very accessible resource for the modern educational administrator.
